Job description
The Assistant Director of Sales Leading JSO is
responsible for setting direction and strategy
in areas
of
overall account management, business generation, prospecting for
Jakarta Sales Office.
Integrates
property strategy
with Market strategy.
Leads
teams
to
achieve assigned revenue goals.
Develops and manages all stakeholder relationships,
both internal and external,
for
assigned Sales Managers.
Selects, manages
and proactively
develops the Sales
Managers.
Manages sales associates
and assists Sales
Managers by
providing overall market strategy and day-to-day
sales leadership.
Profile
Experience
- 5 years as
Sales
Manager from a reputable hotel industry handling travel agents
and
corporate accounts in Jakarta.
Skills and Knowledge
- Excellent selling skills
and
understanding of sales processes; can effectively
up sell products
and
services; can
bring a sale to closure
- Strong customer
development and relationship
management skills
- Ability to
set accurate account and revenue goals for different properties
- Knowledge of marketing strategies
- Ability to
develop and implement successful sales
strategies for multiple
properties
- Knowledge of contractual agreements and legal
implications
- Strategic planning skills
- Possesses
excellent telephone sales
skills
- Ability to
set accurate account and revenue goals
- Knowledge of group, extended stay
and
transient business
