Job description
Profile
- Male or female
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience as Assistant Housekeeper or Housekeeping Supervisor in 4 or 5 star hotels
- Strong in organizing, planning and supervising cleaning & maintenance work
- Great personality and positive attitude
- Excellent English both spoken and written
- Computer literate and familiar with PMS (Property Management System) such as Fidelio, Opera, VHP, MYOH
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Strong leadership (lead by example), tactical skills and result oriented
- Energetic, hands-on, flexible, result oriented, motivated and able to work independently
