Job description
- Assist Director of Finance in standardizing reporting format.
- Assist Director of Finance and/or Financial Controller in Self Audit function.
- Improve system usage to minimize manual reports and increase efficiency.
- Update all MIP and LSOP routinely.
- Review A&L Reconciliation to ensure MIP 66 compliance.
- Provide training for Project 4Sight, Sun-system and other accounting system used in cluster environment periodically.
- Lead the Cluster Accounting Team for month end closing.
- Manage and schedule Cluster Accounting Office’s work flow.
- Any ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by the Director of Finance.
Profile
- This is a # 4 role with direct report to Cluster Finance Manager, who direct report to Assistant Cluster DOF, who reports to Expat DOF.
- Previous experience in an international 5 Star Hotel with more than 300 rooms, ideally as Chief Accountant or Assistant Financial Controller, international experience preferred
