Profile
- Male or female
- Culinary school background
- Excellent in Chinese Cuisine (knowledge and skills)
- 2 years experience in similar position and extensive experience in Chinese Restaurants (Free standing or part of 5* Hotels/Resorts)
- A good all round cuisine with specialized in cantonese cuisine
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with great eye for detail
- Should be very operational, a real hands-on / on-the-floor person
- Computer literate
- Basic command of the English required
- Energetic, results oriented, motivated, hard working
- Excellent working track record
