Job description
Profile
- # 2 with direct report to Expat Corporate DOSM
- Experience in boutique resorts
- Will be handling 2 properties
- Male or female
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Business and Marketing
- Minimum 2 years experience as Director of Sales or Senior Sales Manager in 4 or 5 star international chain hotels
- Excellent English both oral and written (business correspondence)
- Computer literate
- Familiar with budget, sales reports, target and market segments
- Ability and willingness to travel within the country or abroad to attend trade shows or travel fairs
- Excellent communication skill and wide network of contacts within the hospitality industry (wholesalers, travel agents, etc)
- Active person with outgoing personality, positive attitude, strong leadership and team player at the same time, result oriented in order to achieve the target, able to work under pressure
