Have
required experience in similar position or assistant position at least for
2 years in a 5 star international hotel chain
Fluent
in English speaking and writing
Candidate
should have a strong personality, leadership, management skills, good
manner, honest, friendly and sociable
Energetic,
self-motivated and excellent communication skills
Good
team player, reliable person, and ability e to work independently under
pressure & crisis situations
Knowledge
of basic computer skills of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power
Point)
Extensive knowledge of building trades; electrical,
mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and general building practices, facility regulations
and safety standards (OSHA, EPA, ADA, CFC, NFPA) , inventory controls, supplies
and equipment,
Financial
management skills e.g., ability to analyze P&L statements, develop
operating budgets, forecasting and capital expenditure planning
Ability to use standard
software applications and hotel systems
