Profile
- Male or female
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in same position
- Well experienced in sales & marketing and a good network of contacts
- Second language advantageous
- Overseas experience is an advantage
- Effective communication in English
- Excellent experiences in Villa Operational
- Excellent people skill or strong motivator
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- The right candidate must be able to follow budget guidelines and meet targets
- Computer literate
- Dynamic, innovative and passionate about training
- Strong organization skills, problem solving skills, communication skills, leadership, customer & associate relation skills, result oriented and able to work under pressure
- Energetic, hands-on and motivated
- Should be in Bali
