Profile
- Male or female
- Management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage or Room Division
- Minimum 2 Years experience working at 5 star hotels in the similar position
- Excellent English both spoken and written
- Wide knowledge of tourism destinations, objects and places in Bali and beyond
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication and direct guest contact skills
- Strong personality and positive attitude
- Excellent skills in handling complaint
- High sense of customer service oriented
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and fast response
- Excellent training skills
- Strong leadership (lead by example), tactical skills and result oriented
- Energetic, hands-on, flexible, motivated and able to work independently
