| Job description |
The role will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales actiVities in the assigned
markets. It will also include taking leadership in achieving maximum profitability and growth in line with the
company vision and values, establishing plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the assigned
markets and contribute to the development of educational programs I events for clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the resorts that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Conduct a SWOT analysis in line With market expectations of the resorts, as well as Bali as a destination.
Be responsible for the performance and growth of resort villa night sales in the assigned market.
Review past business performance, identify new opportunities and act accordingly – driving revenue and awareness.
To prospect the market and grow an account list (all sectors) with a view to increasing sales in line with rate strategy.
Update the group on changing trends within the online marketing environment so the company can make and adjust plans.
Manage the online inventory an ensure resorts are open to receive business available times.
Prepare and implement action plans for effective search and generation of sales leads and prospects for increased resort sales.
Initiate and coordinate development of action plan to penetrate new sectors of the market as well as maintaining existing client relationships.
To look towards building opportunities for resorts sales through associations within the industry and community.
Coordinate the sales operations effectively with all other departments/divisions of the Bali resorts.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing as needed – feedback on specific need/s in that market.
Conduct reviews with management to build more effective communications in the assigned market and to provide insight for the improvement of sales and activity performance.
Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding market performance and personal challenges.
Provide reporting on a weekly and monthly basis, as required.
Provides timely, accurate, competitive information on all new sales leads submitted for management on a timely basis.
Create and conduct proposal presentations with a view to pitching the resort generating new business.
Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented.
