Max 40 years old
Min. Bachelor Degree from relevant educational background
Min. 2 years in a similar position at 4/5 stars hotel
Overseas exposure education and/or working experience is highly preferable
Good English written and spoken
Understand manpower regulations
Strong analytical thinking and able to deal with staff, management, desa adat, government bodies, etc
Goal-oriented, pleasant, polite, sociable, and acceptable as a “parent” of staff with a strong leadership character
