The candidate should have working experience in villa-complexes in Bali
At least 5 years experience in management and operations
Pre-opening experience will be a great advantage
Well experienced in sales & marketing and a good network of contacts
Should be very operational and service oriented
Currently holding position as general manager, villa manager or similar
Candidate will be young, dynamic, hands-on, results oriented, motivated
Having good people/leadership skills and mastering good level of English
Excellent working track record
