| Job description |
Develops an overall sales action plan that will help the Sales & Marketing department to achieve the goals set out in the marketing plan.
Maintains up-to-date market intelligence on competitors sales activities and efforts and develops counter programs to ensure the competitiveness.
Maintains up-to-date information on market trends and submits recommendations to the General Manager to maintain the competitiveness.
Maintains a high market profile in the local and overseas markets.
Ensures adequate representation and participation in such travel, trade and industry-oriented organizations as required
Ensures active participation by the hotel in local convention organizations and other civic groups who represent potential for business.
To work closely with Front office in monitoring their production, on promotions activities, identify trends and target markets
Prepares for GM's approval the annual media plan taking account the most cost effective choice of reach to the target market.
To manage the credit and accounts receivable functions in ensuring that accounts are within credit limits and that the debtors' list is kept current. |
| Profile |
Female Max 35 years old, display strong leadership and good attitude
Education minimum Diploma
Experience Minimum 2 years in 4-5 stars Hotel
Result oriented, dynamic, enthusiastic and able to work independently
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Strong Relationship, build and networking
Posses work hour flexibility
Good command English, written and spoken |
