| Profile |
The candidate should ideally have previous working experience in similar field
The candidate will be very experienced in the Bali tourism industry
Pre-opening / set-up experience will be a great advantage
At least 3 years experience in management and operations
Well experienced in sales & marketing and a good network of contacts
Good understanding of local laws and regulations
Currently holding position as general manager, operations manager or similar
Having good people/leadership skills and mastering good level of English
Energetic, hands-on, results oriented, service oriented, motivated
Excellent working track record

| The PMA company is owned by a Westerner and head-office will be based in Tanjung Benoa. The company will operate 6 different boats including a party boat, a fishing boat, a speedboat and 3 boats for charter trips around Indonesia. More boats might be added at a later stage. |
