Previous experience as Bar Manager, Assistant Bar Mngr or Head Bartender
Previous experience in 5 star hotel / boutique hotel or upscale restaurant
Eager to learn, motivated, flexible, hands-on, able to work independently
Training skills, leads by example
Great personality, likes to talk to guests, good level of spoken English
Good knowledge of cocktails, knowledge of wine a big plus |
