In charge of all restaurant staff (excluding kitchen under Chef), training, creating standards manuals and ensuring consistence
Very good leadership
Coaching skills while being the face of the restaurant for patrons |
| Profile |
Minimum 3 years in similar role (FBM)
Experience overseas a plus, higher calibre consider EXPAT CONSIDERED
Perfect English both spoken and written
Very outgoing personality
MS office user and hotel systems (VHP Visual Hotel Program a plus) |
